Boro Super Scrimmage
Below is the schedule for the Boro Super Scrimmage taking place this Saturday, July 17th at Patricia Allyn Park. Rosters were emailed out last week. Please note that this is different then the Northmont Summer Tournament. We have a busy weekend with two events going on. We have different rosters for each event. Northmont Summer Tournament
Below is the game information for this weekend's Northmont Summer Tournament which takes place at Ward Soccer Complex on Hoke Rd. in Englewood. Rosters and directions were already emailed out. Emergency Medical Forms
Before anyone can participate in any of the summer scrimmages or tournaments they must turn in an emergency medical form to the coaching staff. You can get that form under the forms tab at here or on the district website at http://www.springboro.org/district/health/. For all those participating in the JV Super Scrimmage on Saturday, July 10th you can turn your form into Coach Shields or Coach Gomia at any of the upcoming workouts or open fields this week or next.
Summer Workouts
Summer workouts are officially upon us. Lifting/conditioning sessions are on Monday and Thursday evenings from 6:30 – 8:30 pm in the weight room of the new building located at Careflight Field. All players should wear proper attire including running shoes as well as bring plenty of water. Soccer gear such as cleats and soccer balls are NOT needed for the lifting/conditioning sessions. Physicals
Every player must have a physical on file with the school before tryouts on Monday, August 9th. If you do not have a physical you will not be permitted to tryout until one is turned in to the athletic department. No exceptions! Physicals are good for one year so if your daughter had one this spring and it is on file at the Jr. High please contact Coach Detmer. Also please note, if you took part in the high school physical day in May your physical has already been turned in. Physical forms are available here for those who may need ...
DeCamp to play at Transylvania University
Senior Lexie DeCamp has committed to play soccer at Transylvania University. DeCamp is a 3 year letterman for the Lady Panthers and started all 19 games this past season. She is a 2nd Team All GWOC South and a two time team Defensive Player of the Year recipient. Congratulations Lexie!
